Syringa Squares held their first club dance forty years ago, on Friday, January7, 1972. Neil Perterson was the caller for 29 years until hi retirement on May 18, 2001. They Danced at the Holcomb Grange on East Boise Avenue until the Square Dance Center Opened. Dancers were held every, first, third, and fifth Friday of the month.
Bosco Bosler has been the caller since September of 2001. The Club still has seven of the original charter members.
