Learn to Square/Round Dance
Many ISRDA/NON ISRDA clubs offer beginner classes throughout the year for square and round dancing.
No previous experience required. Wear comfortable shoes and casual attire or you can dress up.
Everyone is welcome: solos, couples, and families. Cost for classes vary depending on the club, most average $6.00-$7.00/per person, per lesson and some clubs even offer family rates.
(no partner needed, however we encourage dancers to register as a couple to assure they get the most floor time.)

Dance instruction is presented by a caller or cuer, an experienced dance teacher with modern music and is presented at a pace which allows as much movement and dancing as possible. "Learning by doing" is the optimal method of learning to Square/Round Dance. The mainstream square dance class programs average 12 to 14 weeks and since the learning of moves is progressive, it is important that dancers attend as many classes as possible to keep up with the program.
When dancers graduate the square/round dance program, they will be able to square/round dance around the world.
